数少ない湖南省の料理が食べられます。 四川料理の辛さは花椒による痺れが強いですが、湖南料理は唐辛子の辛さが強く酸味のあるのが特徴です。 四川料理よりは食べやすい感じです。 日本人は半分位であとは故郷の味を求めて来る人が多い印象ですが、池袋のガチ中華は高くて入りにくい感じですがこちらは本格的な郷土料理を堪能ができるのでおすすめです。

An authentic Hunan restaurant. Most of the customers were Chinese, which is always a good sign that the food is both authentic and delicious. I’ve been here twice and always end up ordering the same pork and egg stir-fry. The portions are generous, the service is quick, and the interior is nicely decorated in a Hunan style.
