The two chefs are some of the kindest people I have met. The hotpot is such an authentic experience, all the spices are natural and the flavors are delicious, high quality meats and you can tell the people making the food love what they are doing. Highly highly recommend to any tourists! I even have a pork allergy and they were accommodating.

We had great fun preparing our hot pot and even more tasting how delicious it was thanks to the fresh vegetables and prime quality beef, the thorough preparation, and clear instructions. After having had great Japanese food for over a week, this was not only a welcome change, but another discovery of complex and tasty Asian cuisine. We will keep fond memories of this dinner. Thank you so much.
