The restaurant is pretty small but it fits a lot. The server is nice and charasmatic and has good recommendations. We tried the mala and braised noodle dish. I got a level 2 spice which was perfect. The broth was great, noodles were soft and the meat was also soft and flavorful. I only wish it had more vegetables. They had a few more other different items on the menu we wanted to try, so maybe next time. They don’t take card, only cash, PayPay, and a Chinese money transfer app. We got some candies to help with acid reflux which I greatly appreciated. The food took about 10 minutes. They even provided aprons if you’re worried about getting your clothes dirty. I recommend!
友人が教えてくれましたが、最高に美味しいです😋！ 高田馬場で「ビャンビャン麺」で検索したらたくさん店が出てきますが、個人的ここが一番美味しいです。味から、丁寧な仕込みと調理過程を想像できます。おじの人柄だからなせる技かなと！ 他のガチ中華と同じ、厨房からお客さんまでほぼほぼ中国語のみですが、Google翻訳など駆使しておじとコミュニケーションを取ってみるべし。人柄に惚れ込みます〜😊
